Have you been having difficulty in requesting for your car services?

Here is how to go about it:-

Step 1: Log into your app, click on the menu button (3 horizontal lines on the left top right edge of your screen) to display app menu.

Step 2: Click on Car Services then you will see Request an engineer and 2 other options below it

1. Spare parts - This is for you if you are in need of spare parts... by clicking, you will see options of the spare parts dealer company.
2. Request

Step 3: When you click on the request button, it takes you to where you can Select service request type (Car services or Car Repair)

Fill in the neccessay details and proceed to click on the Request button

Step 4: Once you make Request, the next page you will see contains the contacts of the automobile engineers with their various locations so you can pick any engineer of your choice.)
